Role Description:
- Perform credit underwriting and appraisal for corporate and wholesale banking clients, including the preparation of detailed credit reports.
- Prepare end-to-end credit proposals, covering industry and peer analysis, risk assessment, internal rating, documentation, and collateral evaluation.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, working capital assessment, leverage evaluation, enterprise value (EV) calculation, and ratio analysis.
- Evaluate loan structures, including term loans, working capital facilities, and trade finance exposures.
- Assess financial and non-financial covenants and monitor ongoing compliance.
- Analyze collateral and security structures, including both fund-based and non-fund-based limits.
- Build, review, and validate financial models and business projections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 2–5 years of mandatory experience in corporate banking or wholesale banking credit roles.
- Demonstrate strong experience in credit appraisal for large corporate and mid-market clients.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of banking products, including cash credit (CC), overdraft (OD), term loans, bank guarantees (BG), and letters of credit (LC).
- Apply expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and internal rating frameworks.
- Show proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
