Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks for functional and regression testing.
- Perform manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and ad hoc testing, to validate system functionality and identify defects.
- Design, develop, and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
- Create, update, and maintain automated test cases for applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify testing requirements and address quality-related issues.
- Work with QA team members to design and implement Generative AI (Gen AI) use cases for quality assurance.
- Conduct performance and load testing to assess application scalability and reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation scripts and application performance.
- Ensure application security and data integrity through thorough and systematic testing practices.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and technologies in test automation and quality engineering.
- Share knowledge, documentation, and best practices across teams to promote continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Exhibit strong programming skills in Python or any object-oriented programming language.
- Have knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrate an understanding of quality assurance (QA) methodologies and testing practices.
- Possess knowledge of Agile methodologies and development practices.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Hold or be willing to obtain ISTQB certification.
- Have hands-on experience working on Generative AI (Gen AI) pilot projects.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude as a quick learner and self-starter.
