Key Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate cases for referral and ensure actions are executed in accordance with established procedural standards.
- Escalate identified gaps or issues to the appropriate governance forums for review and resolution.
- Provide insights and subject matter expertise (SME) to support the continuous improvement of Customer Monitoring processes.
- Support the development and execution of strategies and initiatives aligned with Financial Crime Detection objectives, ensuring effective implementation of Customer Monitoring (CM) Deployment Support processes.
- Take accountability for setting standards and developing specialist capabilities related to Customer Monitoring Deployment Support.
- Collaborate closely with Group and Regional Financial Crime Detection teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of monitoring initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Financial Crime, with strong knowledge of financial crime investigations and risk indicators.
- Possess hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems and case management tools such as Universal Case Management (UCM).
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional reports and effectively communicate conclusions.
- Apply strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make informed, risk-based decisions supported by sound rationale.
- Demonstrate advanced data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and present it in a simplified and understandable manner.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-border and line-of-business (LoB) matrix organizations.
- Show self-motivation and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and applying new concepts, maintaining a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude.
