Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance overall service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and be able to provide at least a provisional certificate.
  • Possess a minimum of 18 months of experience in customer service roles.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English at a C1 level or higher.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex issues to customers.
  • Show strong numeracy, analytical, and IT proficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Display empathy and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Demonstrate strong drive, self-motivation, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
