Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain PMO processes, including portfolio, program, and project governance frameworks.
- Establish and enhance IT delivery models and enterprise governance structures to ensure effective project execution.
- Design and generate data analytics and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Configure, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites, including document libraries, access controls, and permissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
- Possess proficiency in query and scripting languages such as SQL, Snowflake, and PowerShell.
- Have experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exhibit strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Project Operations.
- Demonstrate experience in defining, tracking, and implementing process performance metrics.
- Possess familiarity with Agile project management concepts and frameworks.
- Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Show experience in leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
