Key Responsibilities:
- Perform continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of application servers and related systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop, recommend, and document system operations procedures to standardize and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze logs and events from cloud services to proactively identify issues and ensure smooth service operations.
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation with the System Engineering team to provide timely support and incident resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in production support.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Have working knowledge or experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
- Be experienced in using monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus and Sensu.
- Exhibit proficiency in system administration, preferably in Linux environments such as Ubuntu.
- Possess scripting knowledge, preferably in Bash or Python.
- Have a strong understanding of network protocols, including DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of AI/ML concepts, specifically Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
