Key Responsibilities:
- Implement talent acquisition strategies and tactical plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring requirements for the blue-collar workforce.
- Research, design, and execute effective strategies to meet and exceed diversity hiring targets and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance inclusivity across the organization’s employment lifecycle.
- Plan and conduct campus hiring initiatives during optimal placement periods while building strong relationships with academic stakeholders.
- Design and execute campus engagement activities throughout the academic year to strengthen the organization’s employer brand as an Employer of Choice.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements applicable to factory operations, as well as adherence to agreed work norms and practices under long-term settlements.
- Develop and execute an annual employee engagement plan and drive related initiatives effectively.
- Manage HR routines, processes, and systems to ensure timely disbursement of wages and related payments in coordination with the People Services team.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR transformation initiatives, payroll processes, and system guidelines without deviations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service provider employees, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in BSW, B.Com, or BBA (HR/ER), with a strong interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, documentation, and presentations.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organizational and facilitation skills to effectively manage tasks and coordinate activities.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Exhibit the ability to analyze diverse datasets and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
