Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and ensure adherence to the CSLM lifecycle, processes, and associated tools.
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code in alignment with established coding standards and guidelines.
- Actively participate in code reviews to incorporate feedback and continuously improve coding practices.
- Continuously enhance technical skills by learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, including cloud platforms such as Azure and applied AI capabilities.
- Assist in integrating AI-enabled features such as automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven insights using APIs or pre-built services where applicable.
- Support the generation of system deliverables and contribute to meeting business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Application Manager and team members on system maintenance and support activities.
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and defects using effective troubleshooting techniques, including Root Cause Analysis.
- Assist in reviewing system architecture and composition to ensure alignment with relevant technologies and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in code refactoring initiatives to enhance system quality and maintainability.
- Analyze the existing technology stack and contribute to evaluating and adopting newer technologies.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of system solutions as an active team member.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system components and development processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in systems development, implementation, and support roles using the required technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in C# programming on the .NET platform.
- Possess a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient problem-solving.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Structured Query Language (SQL) for database management and querying.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Show exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies as part of modern development practices.
- Possess familiarity with MVC and DOM concepts, along with frameworks and tools such as Node.js, AngularJS, and NPM.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Exhibit exposure to, or a strong willingness to learn, AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise systems.
- Have familiarity with integrating AI services or APIs, such as Azure Cognitive Services or OpenAI APIs, which is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
