Key Responsibilities:
- Support Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct analyses to evaluate marketing and sales performance, identify customer trends, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations for senior leadership and functional stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Enable Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Collaborate effectively with channel owners, business partners, end-users of analytical solutions, and technology teams to drive impactful outcomes.
- Influence Through Storytelling: Communicate insights in a compelling manner, shaping strategic narratives that align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0–2 years of experience along with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to generate insights and drive results.
- Have experience in applying emerging Generative AI capabilities to solve business problems.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a matrix organization, partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, technology groups, and external vendors.
- Possess strong programming skills in SQL and Python, along with experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively through cross-team and cross-geography collaboration.
