Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and relevant accounting standards.
- Manage fixed asset activities, including mass additions, retirements, and asset adjustments.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including the preparation of reports and analytical outputs for SEC and corporate reporting requirements.
- Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve open or outstanding items.
- Provide audit support by preparing analytical responses to audit queries and collaborating with auditors to explain the organization’s accounting positions.
- Test and validate process changes resulting from system upgrades and enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting processes and reconciliation procedures.
- Partner with global teams to ensure a consistent and unified approach to close management, global reporting, and ongoing financial data management.
- Collaborate within the team to analyze key operational activities and identify opportunities for improved efficiency through cloud technology and automation.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for region- or country-specific projects and troubleshooting activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with CA or CMA qualification, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
