Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including project managers and technical leads, to gather, analyze, and validate user and business requirements.
- Lead architectural discussions for products and solutions, develop architecture proposals, and validate design hypotheses through technical evaluation and testing.
- Lead by example within the team by developing extensible, maintainable, and high-quality code, utilizing debugging tools and log analysis to validate assumptions and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolve issues effectively, and incorporate enhancements with agility and strong ownership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with 1–2 years of technical engineering experience involving programming in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong foundational coding and software development skills with exposure to modern engineering practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Python, PyTorch, large language models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience in the design and implementation of distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Strong interest and passion for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.
- Experience contributing to large-scale projects or enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve complex, challenging problems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is an added advantage.
