Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate data analysis and actionable insights to support informed business decision-making.
- Design, create, and publish scorecards and performance reports to track key business metrics.
- Develop and automate data templates and recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Build, maintain, and manage a centralized SQL repository to support ad hoc data requests and reporting needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in data analytics, automation, or related roles.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or a similar functional area.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data extraction and pipelining techniques using SQL.
- Have moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Possess hands-on experience with data mining and analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or equivalent technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
