Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems and projects.
- Conduct research and collect relevant data to support engineering analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Support the execution of technical tasks, including drafting, calculations, simulations, and preparation of reports.
- Learn and adhere to organizational engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and achievement of objectives.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues under supervision.
- Accurately document technical activities, project progress, and results in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously enhance technical expertise and professional skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Strong academic background with a sound understanding of core engineering principles and fundamentals.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant engineering tools and software, such as CAD and simulation platforms, is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and take on challenging assignments.
- Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience in an engineering role is beneficial but not mandatory.
