Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand and define user requirements for product or feature development, incorporating insights from multiple feedback channels into future designs and solution enhancements.
- Learn and contribute to product or solution architecture processes by testing design hypotheses, refining code plans under technical guidance, developing proof-of-concept code, and supporting technical validation activities.
- Develop and implement extensible, maintainable code with guidance, while applying principles of diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability, and determining readiness for code sharing and delivery by reusing existing components where appropriate.
- Review work items in collaboration with stakeholders to gain an understanding of product features, assist in breaking down work into tasks, provide effort estimates, and proactively escalate risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Contribute to live service operations through rotational on-call support, identifying solutions and mitigations for basic performance or functionality issues, and escalating complex issues as required.
- Support the development of automation for production and deployment processes, and execute code in simulated or non-production environments to validate functionality and ensure error-free runtime under supervision.
- Demonstrate and uphold organizational culture and values in all aspects of work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven hands-on experience in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
