Key Responsibilities:
- System Transition Support: Assist with system transition activities by supporting the migration of processes and data from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow under the guidance of senior team members.
- User Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and migrated data, and identify, document, and report discrepancies for resolution.
- Training & Documentation: Support the preparation of training materials, update user guides, and assist in performance or knowledge-sharing calls to address user queries.
- User Support: Provide first-level support by responding to basic user inquiries related to ServiceNow functionality and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Communication Assistance: Assist with internal communication initiatives by drafting user updates, announcements, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for end users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and change management leads to ensure alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and overall objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-4 years of professional experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and tools, including ServiceNow.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and contribute to shared goals.
