Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new tools to enhance data analysis and validation capabilities.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Establish a structured framework that enables users to contribute to ongoing tool development and enhancements.
- Set up and maintain a robust testing environment to validate and ensure the quality of developed tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, with a strong focus on writing clean, well-structured, and well-documented code; solid knowledge of version control systems is required.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methods and tools, such as ANSYS Workbench or equivalent platforms, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, suitable for working effectively in fast-paced R&D environments.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
