Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to data quality, lineage, controls, and identification of authoritative data sources.
- Execute data cleansing, transformation, and preparation activities to ensure data readiness for analysis and reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion, movement, and processing.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to address complex business problems.
- Document data quality issues, analysis outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assistant Vice President Expectations:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong experience in the banking domain, preferably within collections and recovery lending.
- Proven ability to write complex SQL scripts, along with strong data profiling and analysis capabilities.
- Experience in creating source-to-target mappings and supporting Data Engineers in code development and validation.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and end-to-end warehousing projects.
- Hands-on exposure to database and data platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, Big Data ecosystems, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and programming using Python and/or PySpark.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with hands-on use of JIRA for task and project management.
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
