Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement analysis by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs, and translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders and perform hands-on configuration of the expense reporting tool in alignment with defined business requirements.
- Develop detailed test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business and functional requirements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for business process optimization through effective use of technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, solution designs, and end-user guides.
- Support change management activities by assisting with solution implementation, user training, and communication planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates strong business analysis capabilities, including experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and requirements management.
- Possesses a solid technical understanding of SaaS-based IT solutions and hands-on experience working with cloud-based applications.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior work experience with the Coupa platform.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON, web services, SOAP, REST APIs, and SAML.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial, legal, or compliance-related business domains.
- Experience with process modeling, analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Exposure to data analysis and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating and supporting complex initiatives.
