Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications by following standard development processes within an Agile team environment.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on teammates’ code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to planning and road-mapping of new features and functionality in alignment with product and business goals.
- Perform software quality assurance activities, including testing and validation, to ensure application reliability and standards compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as assigned.
- Support additional project-related activities and responsibilities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework for application development.
- Working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, for source code management.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, including analysis and design.
- Excellent software development skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including QA processes, within an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, Redux, and CSS.
- Experience working with automation testing frameworks, such as Playwright.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and unit testing libraries.
- Familiarity with NoSQL database technologies.
