Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and review data change requests based on priority through the ticketing system, using internal Cenduit tools with minimal supervision.
- Develop ad hoc reporting scripts using SQL based on requirements provided by internal stakeholders, with limited assistance.
- Deploy Business Objects reports to live/production environments while following standard release procedures.
- Investigate study-related issues raised by internal stakeholders and provide timely support to assist in issue resolution.
- Critically assess user requests and recommend appropriate, effective solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
- Plan, prepare, and review technical documentation covering forms, reports, tasks, and study-related configuration details.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather information needs and clarify functional requirements for effective task delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to documentation, maintenance, and compliance requirements as defined by departmental and corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications or a related discipline, or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Have 0–1 year of experience in a production support or similar operational role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in MS SQL Server 2019 for data querying and analysis.
- Possess basic knowledge of the clinical domain, which is considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in the workplace.
- Show the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domain knowledge and technical skills.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and actively support team members in achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to agreed timelines.
- Effectively multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
