Role Responsibilities:
- Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives while staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate qualified leads through digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and search engine optimization using data-driven insights.
- Consultative Selling: Engage prospective clients through a consultative approach by understanding their digital needs, challenges, and goals, and recommending tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools and regularly reporting progress against sales targets.
- Digital Product Knowledge: Build in-depth knowledge of the company’s digital products, platforms, and services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing digital clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, address objections, and successfully close sales deals while ensuring accurate execution of contracts and agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Metrics and Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives and implement data-driven improvements.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance digital sales capabilities by staying current with industry trends, sales techniques, and digital marketing best practices through ongoing learning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold or be pursuing a Master’s degree.
- Have a B.Tech or B.E. educational background complemented by an MBA degree.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Be close to graduating from a STEM-focused MBA program, with an expected graduation year no earlier than 2027.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in technology, with a hands-on mindset and a willingness to explore, learn, and continuously build technical and professional skills.
- Possess one to two years of experience in software sales, working with clients to solve business problems and support digital transformation initiatives.
