Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a hands-on Business Analyst / Project Analyst, collaborating closely with the MSS IMM Models Project Manager to support the analysis, planning, and execution of large-scale, high-complexity projects from initiation through closure.
- Support end-to-end business analysis, project planning, and delivery for one or more initiatives, proactively managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, resources, outcomes, and benefits.
- Provide balanced support across project management and business analysis activities, with an expected 50/50 allocation between the two areas.
- Support the delivery of key initiatives within the IMM Models Portfolio, with a preference for candidates experienced in project analysis and delivery in areas such as counterparty credit risk, market risk, or XVA.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting current-state (“as-is”) processes and information as required.
- Support the preparation of solution designs and comprehensive project documentation.
- Assist in project implementation activities and support programme workstreams and impacted user groups to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working on global or multi-region programs is required.
- Knowledge of capital markets is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of risk management and front-office domain functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trading desks, desk heads, and risk stakeholders.
- Certification in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is desirable but optional.
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred but optional.
- Relevant local banking qualifications, such as ACIB (Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers), are considered an added advantage.
