Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the design and execution of internship program initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by proposing innovative strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
