Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, and generate actionable insights to support business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend data-driven actions to support future development initiatives, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analyses to validate hypotheses and support decision-making.
- Translate analytical findings into consumer and customer behavioral insights to inform targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate results effectively to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance analytical processes and decision strategies by evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to design, implement, monitor, and optimize data-driven decision strategies.
- Assess and manage risk in business decision-making by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, exercising sound ethical judgment, safeguarding organizational reputation and assets, and transparently escalating and reporting control issues.

- Holds a Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills:
- Possesses 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and team members.
