Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and merchant concerns and complaints on a daily basis, ensuring timely resolution within defined turnaround times (TAT) while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Resolve day-to-day customer and merchant queries through multiple communication channels, including calls and chat.
- Manage and oversee daily campaign activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to defined objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications by adhering to approved tone, voice, and terminology guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and track timelines to achieve operational and campaign-related targets efficiently.
