Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, review, and analyze business processes and systems to assess design implications across Business, IT, and Operations functions.
- Support process reengineering initiatives by providing detailed guidance on process design, considering risk, end-to-end impact, and cost, and by conducting impact assessments for change requests affecting scope, timelines, budgets, or effort.
- Provide accurate estimates for managing new requirements, design changes, and scope variations within the overall programme plan.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of control frameworks and performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure that project milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and employee engagement objectives are achieved, implementing mitigation actions where required.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to understand regulatory requirements, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Lead, contribute, challenge, and provide effective advisory support within the defined scope, including participation in internal committees and forums, while delivering transparent and insightful status updates.
- Communicate with clarity, influence, and impact to build shared understanding, alignment, and commitment among stakeholders.
- Support onboarding by rapidly familiarizing new team members with the team’s purpose, expectations, and ways of working, and assist Programme leadership in communicating strategic direction across global, regional, and country structures.
- Promote constructive cross-country, cross-functional, and cross-business collaboration by demonstrating inclusive behaviors and addressing actions that are inconsistent with diversity policies or the best interests of the business and its customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong Business Analyst skills with the ability to elicit, analyze, and document clear and accurate business requirements.
- Possess a strong analytical background with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Have experience working in cross-functional teams to effectively drive requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
- Bring proven experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives, and process reengineering, including planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of the end-to-end credit lifecycle for Wholesale customers and the consumption of business data across downstream functions such as Risk and Finance.
- Maintain a solid understanding of key risk parameters, including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD), and their application in risk and regulatory calculations and reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business and risk data flows, reporting metrics, and analytical dashboards used for management and regulatory reporting.
- Possess working knowledge of data controls, data transformation logic, data normalization, and reporting tools such as Qlik or Tableau.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and constructively challenge business assumptions to define robust requirements and design effective business solutions and structures.
