Key Responsibilities:
Fund Accountant:
- Calculate and validate the net asset values (NAVs) of assigned funds by performing daily accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
- Act as the central point of contact for accounting support functions and analyze information received from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, monitor, and professionally resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity and client satisfaction.
Financial Reporting Specialist:
- Prepare statutory financial statements for both annual and interim reporting cycles.
- Draft audited annual and unaudited interim financial statements from trial balances, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, Schedules of Investments, and notes to financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Derivatives Specialist:
- Process complex futures and options transactions for European exchange-traded derivatives across the Centre of Excellence and offshored business units.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clearing banks and client service teams across multiple locations.
- Support cash instructions and continuously improve processes for accurate and efficient recording of derivative instruments.
Financial Accountant:
- Perform end-to-end accounting processes, including document processing, journal entries, payment preparation, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify accounting reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support additional accounting projects and tasks as assigned.
Treasury Accountant:
- Execute treasury-related processes, including money market and stock market transaction processing.
- Prepare and approve payments, manage collateral and margin requirements, and monitor minimum reserve requirements with national central banks.
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash positions reflected on the balance sheet and support treasury-related projects as assigned.
Transfer Agency Administrator:
- Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, in accordance with operational procedures.
- Maintain investor accounts and handle issue reporting and resolution.
- Review and validate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation, enter transactions into the relevant systems, and store documentation in the document management system.
Middle Office Administrator:
- Process daily trade files submitted by funds on trade date.
- Perform trade-date confirmations using electronic, telephonic, or physical documentation.
- Monitor and resolve trade fails and mismatches involving prime brokers, custodians, counterparties, and funds.
Pricing Administrator:
- Support the accurate and timely pricing of securities held by investment funds.
- Price exchange-traded securities and validate prices against approved data sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and FTID.
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies to ensure valuation accuracy.
Risk Analyst:
- Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by implementing and maintaining risk management policies, guidelines, and limits.
- Assist executive and business management in identifying and mitigating operational, credit, legal, regulatory, reputational, and other enterprise risks.
- Contribute to risk assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance Analyst:
- Monitor client portfolios for compliance with regulatory requirements and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.
- Utilize State Street’s Investment Compliance and Reporting platforms to conduct compliance analysis and reporting.
- Investigate and report breaches to ensure portfolios adhere to defined investment restrictions.
Data Management Analyst:
- Collaborate with IT and Investment Compliance/Market Conformity teams to source and validate data required for daily compliance checks.
- Maintain and update market data, static data, and holdings data not received through automated feeds into the core application (MIG 21).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support compliance and reporting processes.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist:
- Review investor AML documentation in accordance with internal AML policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Transfer Agency teams to request, follow up, and obtain required information from investors or clients.
- Ensure AML records are complete, accurate, and maintained in line with compliance standards.

- Be a final-year undergraduate student enrolled in full-time education, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; candidates from other disciplines may also be considered.
