Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert, staying ahead of emerging AI and automation capabilities to support the evolution of a leading AI-powered CRM platform.
  • Own the end-to-end technical support journey for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless engagement and successful issue resolution.
  • Lead and coordinate the timely resolution of critical technical and business-impacting issues to minimize customer impact.
  • Investigate, document, prioritize, and manage complex customer-reported cases using internal tools, while effectively collaborating with escalation and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify product gaps, represent the voice of the customer, and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Proactively exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality support, resulting in consistently high customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Continuously build and maintain in-depth technical expertise across assigned product areas to effectively guide and support customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform features, including best practices and standard methodologies for Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Contribute to team success by acting as a subject matter expert, mentoring peers, and actively participating in the Swarming support model.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base content to improve operational efficiency and empower the broader support ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience in software product engineering and software development using technologies such as Apex, Python, or JavaScript, along with exposure to Big Data platforms, Snowflake, Redshift, or Salesforce products including Data Cloud, Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce Platform offerings.
  • Possess working knowledge of core Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering or tuning to effectively support AI-driven features.
  • Exhibit expert-level understanding of database concepts, including relational and non-relational data modeling, with strong proficiency in advanced SQL and SOQL query development and performance optimization.
  • Have proven experience in debugging, developing, and enhancing solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or advanced Flows.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in troubleshooting complex, high-priority technical issues in a customer-facing environment.
  • Show the ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and drive customer issues to resolution.
  • Be capable of multitasking and performing efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of one or more Salesforce products, including cross-cloud integrations.
  • Possess deep technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, with a focus on data grounding, knowledge retrieval pipelines, and advanced prompt engineering and tuning for optimal AI performance.
  • Have experience with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment automation tools.
