Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for S&P Global’s critical CRM systems to ensure operational stability and excellence in Commercial Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with end users, product owners, and development teams across Order-to-Cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements platforms.
  • Proactively analyze existing technical solutions as a Business Analyst to identify improvement opportunities and enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Identify areas to strengthen operational effectiveness by leveraging technology to improve processes, programs, and business applications.
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Act as an active member of the technical support team, managing and resolving high-priority and critical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
  • Ensure effective execution of the month-end close process by collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and addressing impediments proactively.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities across resources to facilitate smooth workflows and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles, playbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Identify and recommend functional enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of existing systems and technologies.
  • Monitor user feedback and recurring issues, and collaborate with Scrum teams and Product Owners to propose and implement improvements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance service quality and delivery standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end system solutions and integrations within the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Continuously research and remain informed about evolving technologies to identify opportunities that drive efficiency and improved business outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess a total of three or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • Have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and/or within a technical support team in a related domain.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Show a solid understanding of development environments and software testing processes.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and propose comprehensive solutions.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member.
  • Have experience working with clients to support and enhance business processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Possess knowledge of Zuora, CPQ, or other Order-to-Cash (OTC) applications, which will be considered an added advantage.
  • Have familiarity with Salesforce applications, including Opportunity Management and/or Quote Management implementation, which is highly desirable.
