Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop application components and modules in accordance with defined functional and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, architecture teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, architectural alignment, and high product quality.
- Maintain clear and consistent code documentation throughout the development lifecycle and prepare detailed development estimates based on approved design documents and specifications.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables to the project manager.
- Evaluate change requests by performing impact analysis, preparing effort estimates, and communicating findings to the project manager.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, procedures, and best practices within the development team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a mandatory Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of two years of overall software development experience in a product-based organization.
- Have at least two years of hands-on experience working in a product development environment using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, or WCF.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
- Have experience using source control management tools such as Git, VSS, or similar systems.
- Possess technical knowledge of at least one major relational database management system, preferably SQL Server.
- Be familiar with test automation, performance testing, build automation, and continuous integration tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience using design and documentation tools such as Visio or similar software tools.
- Demonstrate strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.
- Have experience working in distributed teams and dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
