Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights that support informed business decision-making.
- Explore, analyze, and visualize datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Analyze historical data to recognize trends and develop forecasts for future performance.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users on data analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Communicate analytical findings through effective data visualizations, reports, and data-driven narratives.
- Support data-driven initiatives and projects by delivering analytical expertise and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing and adhering to data quality assurance processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- A Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Standard I: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Standard II: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Senior I: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Senior II: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in data analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of accuracy with keen attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization techniques.
