Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for ITSM workflows, including incident, change, and request management.
- Integrate ITSM tools with enterprise systems such as monitoring platforms, CMDB, cloud services, ticketing systems, and chatbots to enable seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain scripts using technologies such as PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript to automate repetitive and manual tasks.
- Utilize APIs, scripting, and orchestration tools to enable reliable data exchange across multiple systems.
- Build and deploy custom automation modules or bots to enhance service desk and IT operations efficiency.
- Monitor automated workflows to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and continuous availability.
- Continuously optimize automation processes to minimize SLA breaches and enhance overall user experience.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with ITIL best practices and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
- Provide automation support and technical assistance to IT stakeholders across the organization.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI/ML-based automation for predictive incident resolution and self-healing capabilities.
- Improve end-user experience through process standardization and automation consistency.
- Ensure full compliance with Nokia’s security policies and governance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT automation or related roles.
- Strong programming experience in JavaScript (particularly for ServiceNow development), PowerShell, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Integration Hub; knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of LDAP, Office 365, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), databases, SQL, and related programming technologies.
- Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing interfaces using REST, SOAP, and Graph APIs, with a focus on monitoring and scalability.
- Knowledge of AI tools and practical application of Machine Learning to accelerate and enhance automation processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in international IT delivery organizations.
- Exposure to desktop automation and digital experience monitoring tools such as Nexthink or Systrack.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
