Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between business and IT stakeholders, working independently while maintaining the flexibility to consult with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with delivery partners and Global Functions to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead and manage multiple initiatives concurrently, taking on the role of lead analyst for large-scale projects and directing all associated business analysis activities.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify, define, and address complex or less obvious business problems, contributing actively to solution-focused discussions and workshops.
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or large-scale problems by applying systemic thinking and creativity to develop practical and effective solution options.
  • Assess the costs, benefits, risks, and constraints of potential solutions, and clearly communicate complex information in a structured manner tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop a strong understanding of organizational priorities, business drivers, competitive landscape, and strategic objectives to deliver solutions aligned with risk and reward considerations.
  • Challenge business decisions constructively to ensure alignment with the organization’s commercial strategy, while anticipating risks and implementing timely mitigation actions.
  • Proactively identify potential service, performance, and delivery risks, addressing quality issues early through effective review and governance processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple projects or programs, guiding teams on requirements gathering, solution design, change management, and implementation approaches.
  • Conduct targeted business research and analytical activities as required to support project or program objectives.
  • Define and manage business requirements, design solution frameworks, and assess impacts on the target operating model, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Manage change management activities by supporting communications, training, and development initiatives, and assist program management with impact assessments for change requests.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience in a business analysis role on complex, multi-country or multi-regional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry with specific functional domain expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings via video conferencing or teleconferencing, with proficiency in MS Office and standard business analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in change adoption processes, including planning and implementing change interventions to enable smooth transitions from requirements gathering through communication, training, and handover to business-as-usual operations.
  • Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives, including Design and Initiation (D&I), with a strong background in requirements gathering and solution design across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across regions and engage senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
