Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve stakeholder issues and blocked data center actions in a timely and effective manner.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve internal tools, software solutions, and automation frameworks to accelerate troubleshooting and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partner teams across Server Operations and Engineering to identify issues, analyze root causes, and mitigate negative business impacts.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to provide operational support for critical Machine Learning (ML) deployments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy, including triaging technical issues across hardware, software, applications, operations, and processes.
- Ability to read and understand code written in general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript, or to interpret system design documentation.
- Experience working on technical projects involving design, development, maintenance, and long-term continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) data center hardware platforms and associated technologies.
- Proven experience interacting with customers or end users and collaborating with technical stakeholders or partner teams.
- Experience in developing back-end applications or writing shell scripts.
