Key Responsibilities:
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx and SQL to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to enable seamless data integration and migration across multiple platforms.
- Create and manage data models and database structures to support analytics, reporting, and informed business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective, actionable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily using Tableau and Excel, to support business users and leadership teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce data quality controls to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant data insights to support key strategic and operational business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL.
- Proven experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflow tracking.
- Experience using large language models (LLMs) or AI-based tools for data analysis or reporting purposes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Python for ETL development and process automation.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with RPA tools, AI/ML concepts, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and advanced scripting languages including Shell, PowerShell, or Java.
- Experience with cloud-native reporting and analytics tools.
