Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and reporting support to various Legal teams, including Litigation, Government Relations, and Criminal and Regulatory Investigations (CRI).
- Execute analytical projects, develop dashboards, create ad-hoc queries, and maintain recurring reports that form the foundation for data-driven insights used by Legal teams and business partners.
- Apply strong SQL expertise to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple data sources to produce actionable reports and analyses.
- Update and maintain SQL code to align with organizational changes, deprecation timelines, and new system developments.
- Work with large and diverse datasets to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of reporting and analysis.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Python scripts for data processing, data cleaning, and data extraction as required.
- Design, build, and improve Tableau dashboards or Excel reports based on business requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making within Legal teams.
- Clearly communicate analytical findings and insights to Legal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Policy, Rules, and Analytics teams globally to ensure consistency in metrics, alignment in analytical methodologies, and avoidance of duplicated efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 5+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Analytics, or Consulting, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of database and data modeling concepts, with hands-on experience in database development and data warehousing tools and technologies.
- Exhibits strong SQL expertise, particularly in Hive or Spark environments, for querying and maintaining large-scale databases.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as lookup formulas, pivot tables, complex calculations, and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Python programming experience is preferred.
- Experience working with Hadoop ecosystems is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience analyzing customer data within financial services, internet-based companies, or leading consumer-focused organizations in technology, consumer goods, or retail domains is a plus.
