Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute extensively to the analysis, design, and development activities for major and minor software releases.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams, as required, to evaluate, define, and resolve new feature requirements.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach by developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes.
- Act as a subject-matter specialist on one or more platforms, with a strong understanding of cross-platform considerations, products, and customer requirements.
- Make significant contributions to the development and application of advanced concepts, technologies, and technical expertise within the team.
- Review features, technologies, architectures, and designs, and provide constructive feedback through creative and effective problem-solving.
- Address broad architectural and design challenges for future products or technologies and provide strategic guidance in evaluating and adopting new technologies within the area of expertise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Possess 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Demonstrate a strong programming background in C and C++.
- Have solid proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience working across platforms such as Windows, Linux, and embedded systems (Intel and ARM architectures).
- Proficient with development and debugging tools including Visual Studio, GCC, CMake, Valgrind, Helgrind, and Callgrind.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Possess excellent computer science fundamentals.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of print workflows, including PostScript, PDF processing, graphics, color management, and font technologies.
- Experience with scanning technologies such as OCR, compression techniques, and digital security mechanisms.
