Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain access methods, validation checks, data organization, documentation, and statistical techniques to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Review requirements and related documentation in accordance with defined standards, using prescribed tools and methodologies to ensure design and implementation align with company guidelines and specifications.
- Monitor adherence to standards and procedures across projects and recommend revisions as needed to keep guidelines current, consistent, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting solutions; prior experience in the finance domain is considered an advantage.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide work direction, mentoring, and guidance to junior or less experienced team members to ensure deliverables meet defined specifications and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with statistical software and configuring analytical or reporting products.
- Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and relational database management systems (RDBMS) for general software development.
Skills:
- Strong analytical professional with a minimum of four years of experience in developing analytical scorecards and dashboards.
- Proven experience in building dashboards and working with analytical and data visualization tools such as Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and related data-handling technologies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ML/AI models, which will be considered an added advantage.
