- Gathered, prioritized, analyzed, and validated business and system requirements, including facilitating and coordinating user workshops.
- Demonstrated the ability to understand both business and technical requirements and effectively bridge the gap between the two.
- Possessed full project lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
- Applied Business Analysis expertise across different project methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, with hands-on experience in Agile Scrum.
- Demonstrated strong domain knowledge in General and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
