Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities suitable for offshore delivery, evaluate feasibility, and develop detailed business plans and cases.
  • Present proposals to senior management and key stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and drive approved initiatives through to implementation.
  • Engage with regional teams to understand business priorities, key drivers, and associated risks, and develop solutions, models, and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Review, monitor, and enforce governance frameworks post-implementation, ensuring effective data control and oversight across migration management initiatives.
  • Lead or take ownership of execution for assigned initiatives, supporting senior management through effective delivery of accountable activities.
  • Manage or support administrative and operational services across communications, financial management, governance, organizational design, and resource management functions.
  • Drive and implement transformational initiatives aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership, customer groups, and key stakeholders across Compliance, Audit, and Finance to secure alignment on proposed solutions and implementation approaches.
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives and ensure realization and monetization of expected business benefits.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • In-depth understanding of asset management functions, with the ability to develop strategies that enable the team to assume greater responsibilities and expand the scope of global engagements.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum of five years of functional experience managing investment products, with a strong focus on brokerage-related business.
  • Strong commitment to adhering to global policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all projects, processes, and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, effectively prioritize individual and team workloads, and seek guidance on broader priority decisions when required.
  • Ability to achieve outcomes through influence and persuasion, while also exercising direct authority when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of management.
