Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, extract, and accurately enter high-quality financial and non-financial data into designated work tools in accordance with defined guidelines for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a strong understanding of dataset structures, end-to-end workflows, and operational tools to ensure effective and consistent data handling.
- Contribute ideas and inputs for new data collection methods and product enhancements related to assigned datasets.
- Consistently achieve predefined individual and team performance targets while delivering outcomes with high standards of quality and excellence.
- Build and maintain technical and domain expertise within the department to support data quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or process-related issues, while supporting the team in improving workflows and operational processes.
- Review transaction-related feedback to correct errors and help establish or refine procedures that improve data accuracy and reliability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a fresher with a Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance as the primary specialization, with a strong academic record and a graduation year of 2024 or 2025.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective professional interaction.
- Possess sound knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Be well versed in using secondary research sources for data collection and analysis.
- Show willingness to work in a 24×5 operational environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Have certification, coursework, or practical knowledge in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit strong quantitative, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct efficient and structured thematic online research.
