Key Responsibilities:
- First-Day Welcome: Welcome new employees on their first day and guide them through the onboarding process to ensure a comfortable and informed start.
- Orientation & Presentations: Support the HR team in conducting orientation sessions by preparing presentation materials and assisting with session facilitation.
- Joining Formalities: Ensure timely completion of all joining formalities, including new hire documentation, policy acknowledgements, and required paperwork.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats and regularly update digital filing systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Finance, and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding logistics, including system access and equipment allocation.
- Tracker Maintenance: Update, monitor, and manage onboarding-related trackers such as new joiner status, onboarding progress, and probation timelines.
- Confidentiality Handling: Handle sensitive and confidential HR information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience based on interactions with new employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An MBA in Human Resources is preferred; a graduate degree such as BBA, BA, or an equivalent qualification may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Skills:
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in interacting with new hires and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
