Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Salesforce platform and its core components, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce architecture concepts, such as multi-tenant architecture and metadata.
- Use point-and-click tools (such as Flow) to create automation without code, and develop Reports and Dashboards.
- Understand REST and SOAP APIs for Salesforce integrations with external systems, and use tools like Postman to test API calls.
- Understand Visualforce for custom UI development and demonstrate familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Understand the Salesforce release cycle and change management processes, including the use of Sandboxes and change sets.
- Possess basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for code and configuration management.
- Work with data and integration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Deliver technical outputs including technical design documentation and contribute to solution development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation, and effective development and deployment practices.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects on developing solution estimates, including technical planning, refinement, and dependency management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, product teams, internal and external technical experts, Architects, and third-party partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in driving technical solution implementation using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and process automation to meet business requirements.
