Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, issue triaging, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure all necessary ticket details are captured for further analysis, such as error screenshots and customer IDs, and follow defined methods and procedures to resolve known or recurring issues.
- Utilize the existing knowledge base and documentation to deliver quick-win solutions and provide first-level resolution.
- Manage ticket queues by assigning issues to appropriate teams, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation within the agreed SLA, creating a positive customer support experience through clear communication, problem understanding, and professional handling.
- Update checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking in alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth handover between shifts and monitor SLA achievement by tracking all relevant KPIs.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation as a primary point of contact.
- Perform validation, verification, and correction of system artifacts such as reports, bills, event records, and screens, and document any identified errors.
- Carry out basic software system operations, including using online screens, running maps and jobs, performing basic configuration or installation tasks, and taking backups.
- Handle fallouts from various applications, process manual billing requests, manage payments, and support other miscellaneous operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Experience in writing software code using at least one programming language.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles.
- Experience in production support or application support environments.
