Key Responsibilities:
- Identify unmet or unrecognized customer needs and market opportunities for feature enhancements or new product development through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and define the scope and impact of identified problems.
- Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics, partnering with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to identify necessary data and ensure appropriate telemetry is implemented.
- Determine and prioritize features or experiences in the product roadmap that support achievement of success criteria and OKRs, gathering input on priorities and resource requirements for a single product or feature.
- Iterate multiple design concepts with Design, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams, and assist in facilitating reviews (including UX, system design, and data design) with customers such as regulators, engineers, policymakers, and business decision-makers to ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with customer goals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering teams to define product release criteria and support customer acquisition and usage strategies.
- Monitor progress, report insights, and recommend productive actions to improve product or feature development, iteration, and delivery.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, leveraging ongoing communication to capture feedback and insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have at least one academic semester or term remaining after completing the internship.
