Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and other related integration tools.
- Translate business requirements into simple and scalable automation solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support the testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of automations to ensure smooth data transfer and reliable performance.
- Help manage integrations between systems such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, Blee, Criteo, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Document scenario logic, workflow dependencies, and process changes for reference and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative operations teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Contribute to regular reviews of automation performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration.
- Familiarity with Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or similar workflow automation platforms (such as Make, Power Automate, or Zapier) is preferred.
- Understanding of basic data structures such as JSON or XML, and APIs is a plus.
- Experience in process documentation or basic system configuration is beneficial.
