Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in design reviews and story grooming sessions to understand new features and bug fixes.
- Design, develop, and maintain development environments and automated test suites.
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks to support efficient test execution.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the organization’s continuous testing approach.
- Serve as an internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are represented in the development process.
- Collaborate effectively to build strong working relationships across a global team.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly to support evolving project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- Strong experience with Python, Ruby, and/or Golang.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals such as functions, classes, regular expressions, conditionals, and loops.
- Hands-on experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization or cloud computing, including configuring, creating, and managing virtual machines (VMs).
- Understanding of package managers and software repositories.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman.
- Experience using Git, GitHub, or other source code repositories, ideally in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Ansible playbooks.
- Experience contributing to relevant open-source projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfort working with globally distributed teams.
