Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish flash reports for orders, sales, and backlog.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Meet reporting deadlines and clearly explain variances in financial results.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare management reports highlighting key indicators and metrics, and provide detailed variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for the Finance Controller.
- Continuously develop and research accounting principles and practices, including IFRS.
- Contribute as a team player by offering creative ideas and solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Support statutory audit activities and handle ad-hoc financial requests.
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous process improvement within the group.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Finance professional with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in Finance.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking ability and a proven team player.
- Self-starter with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
- Action-oriented, with strong self-awareness and a focus on self-development.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with around 2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management systems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and presentation tools.
