Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS) to ensure seamless performance and user experience.
- Perform API testing using Java and work with test automation tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough test coverage across features and platforms.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Postman, and Charles Proxy to support efficient testing workflows and defect tracking.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and core software testing concepts.
- Manage the defect life cycle, including logging, tracking, and assessing defect severity and priority.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while testing across multiple platforms, devices, and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and validate test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTTP and REST concepts.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Experience working with Java, Selenium, or Appium will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as LambdaTest and BrowserStack is a plus.
