Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data research capabilities to translate business problems and data requirements into low-complexity analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Develop standard, customized, and ad hoc reports and analyses to support data-driven recommendations.
- Update project logs, prepare monthly budget forecasts, and contribute content for monthly newsletters or operations review meetings.
- Participate in projects by assisting the systems support team with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production processes or issuance activities.
- Support the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy, operational efficiency, and reduced risk of incorrect production or issuance outputs.
- Work on data and business research initiatives, including secondary research, testing, and results-oriented intelligence activities.
- Execute tasks under the guidance of a supervisor while exercising independent judgment and collaborating with technology and other business teams.
- Collaborate with other consultants or program managers on projects, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Analytics, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
